Attractions for all the family to enjoy

Up to 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) optional camping is available in 2019. Prices quoted (on the tickets page) are per tent/caravan/motorhome (not per person). Camping tickets do not include access to the music arena, a separate festival ticket is required for every individual.

Camping is exclusive to festival ticket holders and sells out each year. Everyone camping will require a seperate festival ticket.  Festival tickets will be checked within the campsite (no festival ticket, no camping and you will be asked to leave the campsite). Please organise your camping pitches and festival tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Campers are welcome from 10am on Friday and from 9am on Saturday. Campers must be off-site by 12 noon on Sunday 30th June.

If you would prefer to be located in a quieter camping area, please purchase a ‘Quiet Camping’ ticket and show to a steward on arrival. We will do our best to separate family/quiet camping and encourage campers to be quiet after midnight but we can’t, however, guarantee absolute quiet.  There will be a security tent positioned in the centre of the campsite if any assistance is required.

The maximum size of any tent is 6 birth.

The camping facilities are basic.  Toilets with disabled access can be available in the clubhouse. There are a small number of showers available in the clubhouse. But please remember the clubhouse is a rugby club and not a hotel, so facilities are basic.

NO GLASS allowed on site.  Players will be playing rugby on the site soon after the event so it needs to be spotless without risk of glass shards cutting the players. Please dispose of your rubbish responsibly - we will have lots more bins on site this year.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drink into the camping area.  However, you won’t be allowed to bring any drinks (other than babies'/toddlers' bottles) into the music arena.  Bags will be searched on entry into the music arena.  Festival bars are well stocked, so you won’t go thirsty.

No portable BBQs will be allowed on the grass - they must be placed on a solid non-organic surface.

You will not be able to park your car next to your tent in 2019.  There will be a campers' car park a very short walk from the campsite.  Be prepared to carry your tent etc to the plot (1-minute walk).  Please don't be cross with us for this! It's a strict Health & Safety requirement (moving vehicles and excited children don't mix) and is standard for most music festivals of a certian size (unless the venue has unlimited space). If you have mobility issues, please ask to be sited in the accessible camping area.

Please bag any waste and put in bins provided. We'd love for you to leave your plot in the same condition it was in when you arrived on site.

Dogs are allowed on site.  Please be mindful that the festival plays amplified music so don't bring your dog if they get spoked by loud noises. Remember there will be lots of children running around so please keep your dog on a lead at all times.

Camping tickets are limited and in short supply, so head over to the ticket page to buy yours now!

Please read the Tynedale RFC camping rules (below) before you come.

We have a very limited number of showers and sinks available in the clubhouse. Please bear in mind that the clubhouse is a Rugby Club and not a hotel, the facilities reflect that.

There are many portable toilets located around the festival site.  We organise for portable toilets to be serviced twice during the course of the festival (Saturday morning and Saturday late afternoon).
